International Shipping

International shipping takes approximately 4-7 business days to arrive from the order date. We ship internationally with FedEx, or on occasion with DHL or UPS, depending on location. The shipping fee for all international orders is typically €10-€50. Delivery delays may occur due to external factors such as customs clearance. All shipments are tracked and insured.

For shipments outside the European Union, customs fees and/or duties may apply. This will be determined by the customs policy of your country. Luxy Vintage is not responsible for any additional charges incurred when importing goods into your country. Please contact your local customs office if you need additional information.

Do you provide purchase and shipping confirmation?

When you complete your purchase, you will receive an email confirming that we received it and it is processing. Processing may take up to 1 business day. Once approved, we will proceed with the shipment of your purchase and you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

What if my order shows as delivered, but I have not received it?

If your package shows as delivered please double-check your shipping information on your order confirmation to confirm the order was shipped to the correct address. You may also want to check with roommates or neighbors who may have accepted the package for you. If the package has not shown up after 2 business days, please reach out to info@luxyvintage.com with your order number so we may assist.

What is our Return Policy?

If you wish to return your purchase, you may request to do so within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that products purchased in our physical store are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for return, items must be in the same condition as originally described on the product page, include the original tags, packaging, and a return invoice. Luxy Vintage will only accept returns that meet these conditions. We do not take responsibility for return packages lost during shipping. Any shipping charges or additional duties incurred during the return process are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded by Luxy Vintage.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@luxyvintage.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return. You are also welcome to send the items directly back to us using your preferred carrier. Please select a home delivery option and ship your parcel to:

Luxy Vintage will issue a refund for approved returned products within 30 business days of receiving and inspecting the items. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Every item undergoes an in-house, multilayered evaluation by our authentication experts before it is approved and listed for sale. If you purchase an item and it is proven to be inauthentic by a verified authenticator, Luxy Vintage will honor a full refund upon return of the bag.
