This page sets out the terms that apply when you use the website operated by MB Vintage Group at luxyvintage.com. Browsing or buying from this site means you accept these terms in full — if any part of them doesn't work for you, please stop using the site.

Like most retail websites, we use cookies — small text files stored on your device — to keep the site working properly and to understand how it's used. Some cookies are strictly required for the site to function and don't need your consent; others, used for analytics, preferences, or marketing, are optional and can be turned down. Where a third-party service is embedded on a page (a video player, for example), using that feature may set a cookie belonging to that third party rather than to us. Everything on this site — text, photography, layout, and branding — belongs to MB Vintage Group or to licensors who've given us permission to use it, and all rights in it are reserved. You're welcome to browse and use the site for your own personal purposes, but that doesn't extend to copying, republishing, reselling, renting out, or otherwise redistributing anything from it.

Certain areas of the site let customers leave comments or reviews. We don't pre-screen or edit these before they go live, and anything posted reflects the opinions of whoever wrote it — not MB Vintage Group's. That said, we can remove any comment we consider inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these terms, and we monitor submissions with that in mind.

By posting a comment, you're confirming that:

• it's yours to post, and you hold whatever permissions that requires;
• it doesn't infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• it isn't defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful, and doesn't invade anyone's privacy; and
• it isn't being used to advertise or solicit business.

Posting a comment also grants us a non-exclusive license to reproduce, edit, and reuse it across our own channels.

Government bodies, search engines, news outlets, and directory listings can link to us without asking first, provided the link is honest, doesn't suggest we've endorsed the linking site, and fits the context it's placed in. Other organizations — trade bodies, educational institutions, established community or directory sites, and similar — can request permission to link; we'll generally approve requests that reflect well on us and come from a legitimate resource. To ask, email us with your organization's name, contact details, site URL, and where the link would point to and from — please allow two to three weeks for a reply. Our name or the plain page URL may be used for the link itself; our logo may not be used without a separate trademark agreement.

We're not responsible for what appears on a site that links to us, and we expect anyone linking to us to indemnify us against claims arising from their own content. We reserve the right to ask that a link be taken down at any time, and to update this linking policy as needed. If you spot a link elsewhere that you feel is inappropriate, let us know — we'll look into it, though we can't guarantee removal or a direct response.

If you're after something specific that we don't currently have listed, we can source it on your behalf from trusted third-party suppliers, partners, resellers, or auction houses — a “Special Order.” Before you commit to buying, we share photos, condition notes, and pricing so you know exactly what you're approving. Once you confirm, you're authorizing us to go and acquire that specific item for you.

The price of a Special Order can include a sourcing or authentication fee covering the work of finding, evaluating, and securing the piece — this is considered earned as soon as we've successfully acquired the approved item, and where the law allows, it may be non-refundable even if the order is later cancelled or returned.

Because these are vintage, pre-owned goods, some wear, aging, or minor imperfection consistent with the item's history is normal and expected — approving the photos and condition notes counts as accepting the item in that state. We provide this website as-is, without guarantees beyond what the law requires of us — nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or any liability that can't lawfully be limited. Where the site and its content are offered free of charge, we won't be liable for loss or damage arising from your use of it.
