Shipping Policy

Domestic orders ship free, no minimum required.

International orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days of being placed. We ship with FedEx as standard, occasionally using DHL or UPS depending on the destination — fees generally fall somewhere between €10 and €50 depending on where you're located. Every shipment is tracked and insured. Delays outside our control, most often customs processing, can occasionally push delivery times out further.

If you're ordering from outside the EU, your country may charge import duties or customs fees on arrival — these are set by your local customs authority and are your responsibility, not ours. Your local customs office is the best place to check what to expect before you order.

Orders over €2,000 ship free worldwide, outside of promotional periods or special offers.

Orders leave us within 1–3 business days, not counting weekends or public holidays. We're not responsible for delays that arise once a parcel is in the courier's hands and outside our control.

Once a tracking number has been generated, we're no longer able to make changes to that order. We'll try to accommodate reasonable special requests where we can, but it's ultimately on the customer to understand how our shipping process works before ordering.
